4. Orders and Shipping
Orders can be placed through our website. Delivery times are estimated and may be subject to change due to external factors. While we make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the specified timeframe, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
5. Payment
All prices are listed in Korean Won (KRW) and include applicable value-added tax, if any. Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders can be canceled within the period specified on the website. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns may not be accepted except for damaged or incorrect items. Refunds or exchanges for such items will be processed in accordance with our Exchange and Return Policy.
7. Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges and returns are possible under the following conditions:
Within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the packaging is unopened or undamaged.
If the received product or service differs from what was advertised, within 3 months of receiving the product or 30 days of discovering the issue.
Exchanges and returns are not possible under the following conditions:
If the return period has expired.
Fresh, refrigerated, or frozen items from Melymart cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, as they cannot be resold.
If the product value has significantly decreased due to the passage of time.
If there are differences in color or image due to monitor resolution, exchanges or returns may be limited.
